Pinnacle Real Estate Consulting Services, Inc., one of the country’s largest real estate consulting and brokerage firms, recently held its Client Appreciation Night where it recognized its most esteemed clients and partners for 2018.
Held at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel, the event also afforded Pinnacle the chance to reintroduce to its partners its wide range of services, from asset management and real estate sales and leasing, to property management, facilities management, property appraisal, research and consulting, and other property services.
The night’s highlight was the awarding of citations for Special Recognition where each of Pinnacle’s business departments picked their top client for 2018.
The company’s Property Appraisal team picked BDO and PNB Savings Bank, two of the country’s biggest banks, for their unwavering commitment and trust to Pinnacle’s expertise and professionalism. Meanwhile, the Research and Consulting team picked boutique developer NorthPine Land, Inc.
Pinnacle’s Property Management, Facilities Management, and Property Services departments, on the other hand, picked Durban Realty Corp., Melandrex Holdings, Inc., and BPI Family Savings Bank (Property Sales and Leases Division), respectively. Durban is the developer of high-end residential community in Clark Freeport Zone Mahogany Parc. Melandrex Holdings is the country’s largest Toyota cars dealer, with showrooms in Bonifacio Global City, Chino Roces Avenue Extension in Makati, and Angeles City Pampanga. Meanwhile, Pinnacle’s Sales & Brokerage team picked Philam Life as its top client for 2018.
Furthermore, Pinnacle president and managing director Michael Mabutol presented the company’s top partners for 2018. Philippine Star columnist Mary Ann Ll. Reyes was named company’s Media Partner, while Tabangao Realty, Inc., the property arm of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., was named Pinnacle’s Most Esteemed Corporate Partner for 2018. BDO was honored with Pinnacle’s Highest Commendation Award for 2018.
Now on its second year, Pinnacle’s Client Appreciation Night is a gathering of the company’s top partners and clients, and provides a networking opportunity for those present. The night’s main entertainer was Del Maica Papas, a singing sensation from Cebu and was a contender at It’s Showtime’s popular segment “Tawag ng Tanghalan.” Papas was also a former Pinnacle employee. Up-and-coming band 9 Scoops of Vanilla, meanwhile, wrapped up the night.
