MAKATI-BASED Pinnacle Real Estate Consulting Services, Inc. partnered with local company Amalgated Properties and Management Corp. (AMPC) to open a new hub in Davao City and expand its services to the Dabawenyos.
Pinnacle is known for its services like general brokerage or the sales and leasing, property management, property appraisal, asset management, research and consulting, title transfer, and payment services. While AMPC has business in real estate leasing, retail and distribution, financial services, property and service management, and importing and exporting.
During the ceremonial signing of the two parties Thursday, July 25, at the Madeline Boutique Hotel and Suites, Pinnacle president and managing director Michael Mabutol said that with the opening of its new office in the city, they will be able to cater the local market.
“The city’s local economy has always been buoyant. In fact, the data from Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) report shows that the regional economy of the Davao region grew 8.6 percent in 2018, higher than the national gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate of 6.2 percent for the same year,” Mabutol said.
With the constant economic growth of the city for the past few years, Pinnacle consultant Liz Silvestre said there have been a lot of foreign investors that are contemplating into coming to the city while other key players are already here.
“We are very excited to enter into the Davao market because it has all the technical and fundamental factors to support its strength in terms of the economic direction of the city comparing to the last performance of Davao in the last 10 years,” she added.
Meanwhile, AMPC president Manuel Go Uykimpang said the partnership was an easy decision as the two parties share the same values. He also said the partnership will also provide better opportunities for their agents in the operation and the communities in the city.
The Davao City branch office of Pinnacle will open in mid-September this year and will be located in Pryce Tower, J.P. Laurel Ave., Poblacion District, this city. (LHC)
