Pinnacle Real Estate Consulting Services, Inc. was one of the big winners in the Lamudi Broker Awards 2020. In keeping with the new normal brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, this year’s ceremonies were held virtually with representatives from the winning firms delivering their speeches via video messages.

Pinnacle Real Estate’s president and managing director Michael R. Mabutol thanked Lamudi for consistently delivering on its promise to generate business for his company. Pinnacle Real Estate won the Most Leads Generated category, while it was also nominated in the Most Number of Listings, Loyalty Award, and Brokerage of the Year – Luzon categories. Pinnacle has been using the Lamudi platform for its brokerage business since 2015.

“We couldn’t be more happy with the value that [Lamudi] brings to our business,” said Mabutol in a video message. “We look forward to a stronger and fruitful partnership in the future.”

Lamudi is one of Pinnacle’s top-performing marketing channels. The firm’s inquiry data shows that on average 40% of all leads generated by the company’s marketing efforts every month are via the Lamudi platform. This is followed by Lamudi’s sister website, MyProperty, which on average generate 14% of the firm’s monthly leads.

Although traffic has dipped in recent months due the current pandemic, Lamudi remains one of the most visited real estate platforms in the Philippines. Its April 2020 traffic stood at 755,000 according to SimilarWeb, compared to DotProperty’s 640,000 and Property24’s 290,000.
