Pinnacle Successfully Brokered a Joint Venture Agreement between Grand Monaco Estate and Nakpil Family
Last June 15, 2012, Pinnacle brokered a deal between Grand Monaco
Estate Developers, Inc. and the Nakpil family represented by Mr. Francisco
Nakpil for the 8.4 hectare property of the latter in Boso-Boso, Antipolo
City. The property will be developed into a residential subdivision which
can provide housing supply of about 600 units.
