PINNACLE Real Estate Consulting Services Inc. recently signed an agreement with Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corp. (Trust Bank) the trust banking and real estate brokerage arm of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc (MUFG).

Under the agreement, the Trust Bank may tap Pinnacle to assist its clients in undertaking real estate transactions in the Philippines, including the purchase of real properties.

Among the services to be provided by Pinnacle include brokerage, which entails brokering the sale, purchase, exchange, and lease of properties; and “continuous property services,” which include undertaking due diligence exercises, price assessments and valuations, property and facilities management, and lease administration.

According to Michael Mabutol, president and managing director of Pinnacle Real Estate, this is one of the company’s biggest deals to date.

“Not only did it involve a foreign entity, the Trust Bank is one of the world’s largest financial services group. A real estate transaction with them is a potential game-changer as it will mean direct foreign investment to the Philippines that will create more jobs,” Mabutol said.
