The country’s fastest-growing home-grown real estate brokerage and consultancy firm Pinnacle Real Estate was one of the guest-partners during the Pasay-Makati Realty Board’s first business meeting in 2020, held at the Manila Elks Club in Makati recently.

Pinnacle’s associate director for marketing Rodel Ambas Jr. presented the company’s services and business and partnership opportunities to PMRB’s 300-strong members, composed of seasoned licensed real estate brokers specializing in properties in the Makati and Pasay areas.

According to Ambas, Pinnacle’s end-to-end property-related services—from sales, leasing, and marketing to valuation and consultancy, property management, facilities management, and titling and payment services—are a perfect match for PMRB members’ requirements, especially at a time when the real estate industry calls for efficiency and professionalism.

PMRB is one of the 68 local boards of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB), the country’s largest organization of real estate professionals.
