Like many industries opening doors in the Queen City of the South, Pinnacle is one to make sure that huge real estate market in the region is being catered well by bringing its brand of quality services geographically close to them.
Last November 29, 2016, Pinnacle Real Estate Consulting Services Inc. has successfully launched its Cebu Regional Office. This momentous event, held at the 7th Floor Henson Function Hall of Quest Hotel, was shared with Pinnacle’s top clients – developers, industry players, etc. and partner brokers both in local and national scenes. Several media partners were also present in the event namely Cebu Daily News, Sun Star Cebu and Business Mirror.
The program was led by Pinnacle’s Management Team. Mr. Michael Mabutol, President and Managing Director, shared to the guests how Pinnacle has remained committed to its vision of becoming the No. 1 Real Estate Management and Brokerage Services in the country. He said that such commitment has paved way to expanding business centers outside Metro Manila. Likewise, Mr. Neil Hagan, Managing Partner and Executive Director, added that key to the continuous growth of the company is valuing its clients, its integrity and its good reputation in all endeavours which consequently translates to having one satisfied client at a time. Moreover, Mr. Mark Del Rosario, Director for Sales, Leasing and Marketing, emphasized the role of their partners in realizing the company’s vision and mission.
In addition, with the launching of the Pinnacle’s Cebu Regional Office came the opportunity to present to the guests the latest Pinnacle Real Estate Market Vista on the Maturing Metro Cebu Market. This was discussed by Pinnacle’s Director for Research and Consulting and one of the only few esteemed real estate consultants in the country, Mr. Jose Romarx Salas. He identified the key cities that drive the booming economy of the Province of Cebu. The report also explored the recent trends and opportunities of growth in the different sectors of real estate from residential to industrial. With the various ongoing developments in Cebu being one of the richest provinces outside of Metro Manila, he concluded that Cebu has reached its maturity but there are still gaps in the market that needed to be explored.
The event concluded in high morale as both clients and partner brokers enjoy good food, drinks and new business opportunities and to top it all off, PINNACLE has finally marked its presence in the Queen City of South, Cebu, Philippines.
