Today, we mourn the passing of an innovator, a mentor, a leader, and a good friend. Mr. Neil Hagan wasn’t just a boss, as Pinnacle’s Executive Director he helped steer the company to the right direction when things veer off course. Like a father figure, he was the voice of reason that reminded us of our values and our mission, yet he always did so ever so gently and compassionately.



During company gatherings, he was always the last to speak. No matter how contentious a discussion was, how dire a situation we must overcome, he was always there to assure us that things will always turn out fine. He was generous with praises and even more so when sharing his knowledge and wisdom. He never gave up on people, for he believed that everyone has an extraordinary capacity to learn.

During the last few months, the health of the imposing and vigorous man we knew started to wane, but his sharpness and enthusiasm stayed the same. He was as excited as he was during his prime to turn a new leaf.  He knew that we will soldier on and move forward.  If he was alive today, he’ll be proud of the people he taught and mentored – a dedicated team banding together and looking after each other in this difficult time.  We might have lost a good soul, but his words and wisdom will live on among us for the rest of our lives.

Rest now, Sir Neil, and thank you for everything.
