Happy and healthy first day of June!

We at Pinnacle Real Estate are pleased to announce that our company is slowly becoming fully operational and transitioning to the new normal starting today, June 1, 2020, while strictly adhering to protocols set by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.

With Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Pangasinan (with the exception of Dagupan City), Cagayan Valley, Central Visayas, Davao City, and Zamboanga City now downgraded to the more relaxed General Community Quarantine (GCQ), our offices in Makati, Quezon City, Cebu City, and Davao City will be fully operational albeit with skeleton workforce due to limitations on public transport. Please be assured, however, that our company’s vehicles are on standby to shuttle members of our team, especially our Property Managers, to their respective assignments.

Meanwhile, regions, provinces, and cities and municipalities not mentioned above are now under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ). This means our Regional Officers stationed in these areas now have greater mobility to attend to our clients’ requirements. However, as local governments may impose restrictions on entry of people coming from other localities, please be advised that requests for property inspections, property and facilities management, document retrieval, real property tax payment, and title transfer may take a little longer to accomplish due to logistical challenges. However, rest assured that we have sufficient manpower in these localities to attend to your requests.

Per usual, all our properties advertised on the different online marketing channels we use are accessible and updated. Customers can submit their inquiries via any of these channels, and our Customer Service Team is on standby to attend to your queries. This also includes inquiries for our other services, including Property Management, Valuation and Consulting, Facilities Management, and Property Services (Title Transfer and RPT Payment).

Our Business Development, Real Estate Sales, and Lease Negotiation teams are now on ground to deliver our services. In addition, property viewings and inspections, subject to approval of buildings’ and communities’ respective property management, are now possible. In order to observe physical distancing and to ensure your and our staff’s safety and well-being, we highly recommend virtual viewings.
