It is our pleasure to write this commendation letter for Pinnacle Real Estate Consulting Services, represented by Mr Jojo Salas.

TPC Inc. commissioned Pinnacle to do a highest and best use feasibility study in November of 2017 to yield the best options for conversion of the existing 15-door rental apartment complex on 1318 Castaños, which was built in 1969. Upon their recommendation to build a “dormitel” and lease bed spaces, TPC converted the said complex into 1318 College Residences.

Since then, through the initiative and conceptualization of TPC Inc., 1318 College Residences, the new modern and artsy dormitory which opened in June 2019, has established itself as the trailblazer in the dormitory industry by redefining the concept of co-living spaces in the University Belt.
