Mr. Tawagon and his appraisal team helped the bank with its first appraisal report as needed for the loan with real estate mortgage collateral.

However, Mr. Tawagon's professionalism and ability to get to deliver efficient and effective response exceeded my expectations.Within a few days from receipt of the signed agreement from the bank, he was able to assign an appraiser to provide the service right away.
