REFERENCE LETTER

My name is Ignacio de José, PhD. Doctorate in Finance (UAM), President and Chairman of NGO APEAF, Founder and Chairman of Babieca Capital Partners, Founder and Chairman of Miura Asset Management, and professor at ELV (Madrid, Spain).

I would like to extend this reference letter to Warianne Kristel Torrente. First time I met Warianne was by email. My father owned a condo, and our previous broker was not taking its job seriously. At the moment I sent the email, Warianne contacted me, and since we started collaborating together, I could not define the work performed by Warianne as less than perfect. Specially, considering how timelines work in the Philippines, Warianne has always been available by email and phone, answering all questions in less than 24 hours.
