• Myla Beguiras-de Guzman and her team whose assistance in the payment of taxes in areas where we do not have personnel to handle such tasks ensured that taxes are paid on time. She has likewise been very helpful in assisting our buyers for the title transfer of properties acquired from the bank;
• Mira Molano who has been very responsive whenever I need caretakers posted or need properties to be turned over to the buyer even with very short notice;
