Company outing is one of the most effective ways for a company as a whole to relax and unwind a bit. It’s one of the best ways as well to thank everyone for all of their hard work and to further boost employees’ morale. This year, the Pinnacle family went  to Luca Cucina Italiana Resort in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro to put this concept in practice.

A lot of outdoor games were played and employees from different departments participated in every team building games and outdoor activities. Some of these games and activities include kayaking, patintero, volleyball, banana boat riding, dodgeball, swimming and a lot more. These activities helped each employee in improving their skills such as learning to collaborate, manage time, take initiatives and lead as well.
